2023 OHIA Pre-Conference Golf Tournament Registration

Registration

  • This ticket creates a spot on the list to be added to a team in need of additional players.

    Please contact jhumphrey@clatsopcounty.gov if you have specific people that you are trying to team up with.
  • If you have a team of 4 and are ready to play, please fill in all fields below. If you do not have a team of 4, please register under the single ticket.

    If you have a partial team (2-3 people), have everyone sign up under their individual tickets. Then send an email to jhumphrey@clatsopcounty.gov. We will work to fill your team.

The tournament is on Monday, September 18th at River's Edge Golf Course, Bend (400 NW Pro Shop Drive)

The fee is $65.00 per person and includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental and range balls.  Club rentals are available at Rivers Edge for $35. 

There is also a $5 CASH buy-in for each player for cash prizes (payment collected at registration table the day of).  Cash prizes and other prizes will be awarded following the great day of golf and networking with our amazing group of law enforcement professionals.

Appropriate golfing attire is required!

Check-in starts at 11:00 am at the OHIA Table. Shotgun start at 1:00 pm. 

If you have a team of 4 and are ready to play, please select the TEAM ticket.  If you do not have a team of 4, select the INDIVIDUAL ticket, and enter NEED TEAM for Team Name.
